Collections Officer

About the role

The Collections Officer will join A to Z Services in Doha to manage the collection of outstanding receivables. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the role ensures timely payments, maintains professional client relationships, and supports the finance team in maintaining cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Review aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on payments.
• Negotiate payment plans where appropriate and document all collection activities.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to resolve billing disputes.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare regular collection reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on collections experience in Qatar, preferably in a large B2B/B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and excellent follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Doha, manage priorities under deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
