About the role

The Commercial Business Support Officer will provide business support across the Africa region, handling procurement, facilities management, IT coordination and legal administration. The role acts as a liaison between outstations and Head Office shared services to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support procurement activities in line with outstation policies and Head Office finance principles.
  • Administer office leases, utility contracts, renewals and closures across the region.
  • Coordinate with contracts and legal teams to resolve commercial and operational matters.
  • Monitor budgets, provide regular reporting and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

  • High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in administrative, business support or shared services involving procurement, IT, legal and facilities matters.
  • Strong organisational, multi‑tasking abilities and ability to work independently.

Required skills

  • Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
