Commercial Data Manager (Data Product Owner)

About the role

The Commercial Data Manager will lead the development and delivery of data‑driven revenue solutions for the network. Acting as the Data Product Owner, you will shape the product roadmap, enable analytics, and ensure governance across commercial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement network revenue strategies to improve O&D flows and overall performance.
• Analyse network flows, coverage requirements and pricing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Project‑manage business cases, budgeting, forecasting and governance processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality data products, pipelines and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards using SQL/BigQuery and Tableau.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, benchmark against competitors and recommend proactive actions.
• Support customer personalization, campaign activation and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Strong business knowledge of network revenue performance and commercial operations.
• Proven experience in revenue management, analytics and product ownership.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
