About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Commis II to join its pastry kitchen team. This position supports the preparation of high‑quality pastries and desserts, ensuring the brand’s standards of consistency and excellence are met for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, sauces and a variety of pastry dishes according to established recipes.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, confirming that ingredients meet quality standards, are stored correctly and are used appropriately.
- Support kitchen staff in efficient daily operations, contributing to a smooth workflow within the pastry department.
