Concierge Agent – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge Agent delivers personalized, anticipatory service to guests of a luxury hotel, acting as the primary point of contact for information, reservations, and special requests. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor and a deep knowledge of local attractions and hotel facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and provide tailored assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer accurate information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, transportation, and entertainment.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, transportation, tours, tickets, and other guest requests efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, suggest personalized recommendations, and coordinate special occasions.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Liaise with all hotel departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized Concierge Desk and keep up‑to‑date with local events.
• Record guest requests, reservations, and feedback while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in concierge, front office, guest relations, or luxury hotel customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
