Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized needs.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for VIP guests.
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of hotel services and programs.
• Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency.
