Construction Manager (Airport)

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for an airport cargo terminal project. You will ensure that construction is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor all site construction activities.
• Review and track the main contractor’s programme, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate site logistics and construction interfaces with contractors and stakeholders.
• Support HSE and Quality teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee construction progress, resolve site‑related issues and constraints.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning activities and support project handover.
• Interface with airport authorities, operators, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of construction management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience delivering airport cargo terminals, logistics facilities, or aviation infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills.
• Degree in civil engineering.
