Content Associate – Manage Menus & Promotions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Content Associate to manage menu listings, promotions and campaigns within our fast‑growing super‑app platform. The role combines content quality assurance, process improvement and close collaboration with internal teams and external merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, update and optimise menu listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform standards.
• Create and oversee promotional content and campaigns that drive merchant and customer engagement.
• Monitor content quality, identify gaps in processes or SOPs and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions for outsourced team members to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with account managers to handle urgent requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage escalations and coordinate in‑house merchant visits to maintain strong relationships.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
• Prioritise multiple tasks, from urgent content updates to team coordination and merchant interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in content management, quality assurance or a similar role within e‑commerce or retail.
• Proficiency with content management systems and related tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Experience working with outsourced teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
