Content Lead

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a Content Lead to head its Commercial Content team. You will oversee large‑scale content operations that power the marketplace, ensuring product catalogs are accurate, optimized, and ready to convert.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 50+ member content operations team to deliver high‑quality catalog output at scale.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product content workflows, including onboarding, updates, translations, and promotional requests.
• Ensure SLA compliance and continuously improve case‑handling performance.
• Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards tracking productivity, turnaround times, and GMV impact.
• Collaborate with merchants and internal commercial teams to align content execution with revenue goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Drive automation initiatives such as data scraping, structured catalog uploads, and image‑optimization workflows.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams.
• Deep understanding of content operations, catalog management, or marketplace environments.
• Analytical mindset focused on SLA, GMV, and productivity metrics.
• Process‑oriented with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
