Controls & Assurance Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports NOC's internal control framework and financial governance. It provides hands‑on experience in developing, testing and maintaining controls that protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Document and maintain internal control procedures across finance processes.
• Execute control testing activities, record results and track deficiencies.
• Maintain KYC documentation and perform vendor due‑diligence reviews.
• Monitor Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance using SAP access reports.
• Prepare audit documentation, coordinate with auditors and track audit findings.
• Assist in updating finance policies and procedures.
• Participate in SAP system enhancement projects, providing control input and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities for control automation and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong academic performance and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
