Corporate Banking Specialist (T24 Transformation)

About the role

This Corporate Banking Specialist acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical program teams and vendors on the T24 banking transformation program. The role covers corporate business operations such as accounts, deposits, financing (including syndications), payments and related processes. It is a full-time or contract position reporting to the Business Workstream Project Manager or Program Director.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business requirements into specifications for vendors, write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), review vendor FSDs and manage scope
• Perform gap analysis between out-of-the-box Transact features and bank needs, clarify vendor queries and validate deliverables
• Map and align "to-be" processes with the new module architecture and define data validation and accounting rules
• Map legacy Transact data to the new Temenos modules, define cleansing rules and reconcile balances after migration
• Support test case design, coordinate UAT, triage defects and negotiate workarounds with business users
• Assess the impact of system changes, create user manuals, FAQs and SOPs, and support training and train-the-trainer sessions

Required profile

• 7-10 years of experience in large-scale Temenos core banking transformation programs, including at least one end-to-end program
• 7-10 years of experience in Middle East corporate Islamic banking (accounts, deposits, financing, payments)
• Minimum 5 years in Islamic AA and Payment Hub implementations; certified consultant preferred
• At least 7 years of banking experience in corporate or business banking and/or credit risk review in managerial or supervisory positions
