Corporate Partnerships Manager — Loyalty Club & Employee Benefits

About the role

Snoonu, Qatar's leading super‑app, is building a premium Loyalty Club and employee benefits programme. As the Corporate Partnerships Manager you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition engine, bringing exclusive brands, merchants and service providers into the ecosystem to create a compelling value proposition for members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured outbound prospecting engine targeting lifestyle, dining, retail, travel, wellness and entertainment partners across Qatar and the GCC.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of 40+ opportunities, delivering 8‑12 qualified discovery meetings per week.
• Research target brands, craft tailored pitches, negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Identify premium, differentiated offers that enhance member loyalty and are difficult for competitors to replicate.
• Expand the partner network into new GCC markets by mapping whitespace and creating market‑specific pitches.

Required profile

• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring high‑value B2B partners.
• Comfortable managing a blank CRM and building pipelines from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts independently.
• Excellent communication skills to engage GMs, owners, marketing directors and heads of commercial.
