Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation Manager

About the role

This high‑visibility position reports directly to the Holding CEO and sits within the Corporate Development Office. The manager will translate the CEO’s vision into structured, executable programmes across five business verticals, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define, communicate and align Group‑wide corporate strategy.
• Convert strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps, work‑plans, KPIs and governance frameworks.
• Conduct competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and market gaps.
• Lead Group‑wide transformation initiatives from scoping through benefits realisation, managing inter‑dependencies and risks.
• Analyse subsidiary performance data to generate Group‑level insights and build business cases for investments, restructuring and operational changes.
• Prepare board papers, executive presentations and CEO‑level briefings; design operating models and capability development plans.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience, preferably with Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG in strategy or transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation programmes in multi‑sector environments.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience advising a conglomerate, holding group or family office with exposure to GCC/MENA markets.
