Courier – International Delivery Specialist

About the role

Join a leading global express delivery company as a Courier, representing the brand to customers across Qatar. You will be responsible for timely pick‑ups and deliveries while ensuring a professional and courteous service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the company, handling customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness.
• Meet daily delivery and pick‑up targets, ensuring parcels reach their destinations on time.
• Communicate any changes in customer needs to dispatch or customer service, using initiative and judgement.
• Assist with various operational tasks as required, such as loading, unloading, and vehicle checks.

Required profile

• Valid, clean, open and current manual Qatari driver’s licence with at least one year of driving experience.
• Heavy vehicle licence.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and load/unload objects of varying shapes and weights regularly.
• Excellent verbal communication, personal presentation, grooming and hygiene.
• Basic knowledge of safe manual handling practices and occupational health & safety.
