Creative Services Specialist

About the role

The Creative Services Specialist acts as the primary contact for all internal marketing and advertising requests, overseeing project flow and ensuring brand integrity. Working closely with the Advertising Production Manager, this role safeguards the company’s visual identity across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake and routing of advertising and design requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify that all materials comply with marketing guidelines and brand standards.
• Develop proficiency in Adobe Content Supply Chain tools (Workfront, Content Hub, Adobe Experience Manager) to support enterprise‑wide content delivery.
• Translate request requirements into clear briefs for internal and external designers.
• Serve as the main marketing liaison, communicating timelines, milestones, and delivery status.
• Lead the Creative Services workflow, ensuring each step meets quality and accuracy standards.
• Oversee creation of advertising content for digital, outdoor, print, brochures, and POS materials.
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies on briefs, concept feedback, production, and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align creative output with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a creative or marketing environment.
• Proven experience in project timeline planning and workflow implementation.
• Experience managing creative teams and delivering projects from concept to completion.
