Curriculum Architect, AI & Technology Education

About the role

We are creating a national‑scale AI and technology learning programme for schools across the GCC and global markets. As the founding Curriculum Architect you will own the entire curriculum, from content selection to government approval, and work directly with the founder and an Arabic AI Curriculum Architect.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain an integrated AI & technology curriculum for Grades 9‑12, later extending to K‑12.
• Decide which materials to license from external providers and which to author in‑house.
• Align the curriculum with recognised international standards and ensure auditable compliance.
• Prepare and submit curriculum packages to education authorities and manage review cycles.
• Define authoring standards and lead writers and subject‑matter specialists.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in school curriculum design, with at least 5 years focused on computing, computer science or AI education.
• Hands‑on experience creating or teaching AI/ML content and familiarity with AI4K12 or UNESCO AI competency frameworks.
• Proven track record of a curriculum adopted by a national, state or multi‑district system and successfully approved.
• Master’s degree or higher in curriculum design, computer science education, learning sciences or related field; doctorate is a plus.
• Experience with bilingual or multilingual curricula is advantageous.
