Customer Experience Specialist, Sales

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist in Sales, you will be the face of Tesla in Doha, engaging with visitors at our store and events, capturing leads, and guiding prospects through a seamless sales journey. You will work closely with the broader sales and delivery team to drive growth and uphold Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers at the store or events to identify and qualify leads.
• Provide exceptional service by understanding needs, answering questions, and promoting test‑drive experiences.
• Execute lead‑capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and regularly update customer profiles.
• Present Tesla vehicles and energy solutions, communicating their value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and other departments to improve lead‑capture and sales processes.
• Uphold a positive, professional attitude that reflects Tesla’s brand values.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Strong knowledge of Tesla’s product portfolio, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
