Customer Insights Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda's Performance Marketing Team as a Customer Insights Analyst based in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value and support the company's global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.
• Build dashboards, track performance, derive insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science, etc.).
• 0‑4 years of data‑crunching experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Experience with at least one data‑analysis package or database.
