About the role
The Customer Service Agent acts as the primary point of contact for tenants in Alternative Assets buildings, delivering high‑quality support and fostering strong relationships. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive tenant experience through proactive communication.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to tenant requests in person or by phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with tenants through open communication.
- Assess client needs holistically and deliver delightful experiences.
- Log all tenant requests in Propco for appropriate departmental action.
- Generate leasing leads based on client needs assessment.
- Provide accurate information using the right tools and processes.
- Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Track customer experiences across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and brand awareness.
- Document processes, technical issues, compliments, and complaints.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven customer support or client service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong listening and client‑handling abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, quick learner, and effective multitasker.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
