About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to be the face of our club. As a Customer Service Executive you will ensure members and visitors receive a warm, professional experience while supporting smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors, manage check‑ins, bookings and membership inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails and walk‑in questions about programs, schedules and services.
- Conduct monthly follow‑up calls with active members to gauge satisfaction.
- Monitor class capacities, verify member eligibility and coordinate with instructors.
- Promote club programs, events and services to boost participation.
- Handle member concerns, resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain safety standards, report incidents and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Replenish first‑aid, medical and operational supplies and keep the reception area tidy.
- Collaborate with Fitness, Aquatics, Spa and other departments for seamless service.
