CV Line Machine Supervisor – Cable Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the CV Line / CCV extrusion team in a cable manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure that each machine delivers output that meets strict quality standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operators in the CCV extrusion section.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality conforms to specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain production schedules and optimize line efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a senior operator on CV lines.
• At least 5 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Background in MV/HV power cable manufacturing.
• Certification from an Industrial Training Institute or equivalent.
• Experience in GCC environments is a plus.
