Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve security awareness programs for our organization. The role combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills to educate employees across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs.
• Create and regularly update awareness and educational content.
• Assess training needs and evaluate current security awareness levels.
• Develop customized programs for different roles and departments.
• Review and refine programs based on feedback, emerging threats, and organizational changes.
• Develop simulation scenarios and practical exercises.
• Research emerging threats and technologies.
• Monitor and report training and development metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
