Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist to lead the design and delivery of security awareness programs for our organization in Qatar. The role combines expertise in cybersecurity with strong instructional skills to foster a robust security culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Create engaging security awareness content, including simulations and phishing exercises.
• Assess organisational training needs and continuously improve the security awareness curriculum.
• Research emerging cyber threats and recommend best‑practice mitigation strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyse results and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, GSEC or CySA+.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
