Data Management Development Lead

About the role

The Data Management Development Lead will steer the design, governance, and continuous improvement of technical data and document management solutions that underpin our operations and digital transformation agenda. You will work across engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the availability, accuracy, and integrity of technical documentation and associated metadata.
• Design, implement and evolve digital document management platforms aligned with business objectives.
• Support Digital Twin, data governance and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in document accessibility, data quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, procedures and data‑governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in document control, data management or project information management within Oil & Gas, Energy or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record on large EPC/EPCIC projects and operational assets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
