Deli Team – Assistant Manager, Supervisors, Cashiers, Barista & Dispatchers

About the role

Qatar Em Sherif Group is expanding its Deli operations in Qatar and is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join a dynamic team. The roles cover management, supervision, front‑of‑house service, specialty coffee preparation, and dispatch coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Supervise Deli staff to ensure high‑quality food preparation and service standards.
• Handle cash transactions, customer orders and maintain a clean checkout area.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages as Head Barista.
• Coordinate order dispatch, manage delivery logistics and ensure timely fulfillment.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Leadership qualities for managerial and supervisory positions.
• Passion for delivering excellent hospitality service.

Required skills

• Previous experience in Lebanese cuisine (highly preferred).
• Experience in Deli or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments.
