About the role
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle delivery paperwork, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to customers in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all vehicle registration and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with sales, PDI, service centre, admin and other departments to track post‑sale activities.
- Brief customers on vehicle features in English or Arabic during delivery.
- Explain service schedule, service centre location and after‑sales hotline.
- Guide customers to sign all required paperwork.
- Assist the marketing team with photos or videos during delivery ceremonies.
- Arrange delivery ceremonies for customers.
Required profile
- Arabic speaker.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software and familiarity with online working platforms.
- Fluent in English (reading and writing).
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Valid driving licence.
- Prefer male gender.
