Dental Assistant

About the role

Al Dana Dental Center is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to work on-site in the Doha Metropolitan Area. You will support dentists chairside across general, prosthodontic, implant and orthodontic procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise treatment rooms before each procedure.
• Sterilise and arrange dental instruments according to infection-control standards.
• Assist the dentist with impressions, X-rays, material mixing and patient comfort during treatments.
• Update patient records and manage appointment flow.
• Maintain strict infection-control and health-safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the front-desk team for scheduling and follow-up.

Required profile

• Dental assisting certification or diploma; registration or eligibility per local regulations preferred.
• Experience in a clinical dental setting is an advantage; recent graduates with strong practical training are welcome.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to a busy schedule.
• Attention to detail and a patient-focused, professional attitude.
