About the role

Aionis Wellness, Qatar's first AI-powered wellness and aesthetic center located in West Bay, Doha, is looking for a Dermatologist. The role provides comprehensive clinical dermatology and aesthetic care, including diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair and nail conditions, and works alongside physiotherapy, nutrition and integrative wellness teams. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat skin, hair and nail conditions for a diverse patient population.
• Conduct consultations, perform procedures and interpret AI-driven diagnostic outputs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Aionis Wellness protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute to patient education and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to local regulatory and safety standards and take part in continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Medical degree and recognized specialization in Dermatology; eligibility for licensure to practice in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Experience with aesthetic dermatology procedures such as laser treatments, injectables, peels and other rejuvenation therapies.
• Ability to work with AI-powered diagnostic tools and openness to integrating technology into clinical decisions.
• Strong patient communication skills, including counseling and culturally sensitive interaction.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a wellness, aesthetic or technologically advanced clinical setting is beneficial.
