Digital Content Creator (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, bilingual Digital Content Creator to produce and manage high‑performing content across our social platforms. The ideal candidate blends strong storytelling with data‑driven optimisation, ensuring every piece resonates with audiences in Qatar and the wider GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual, and short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Develop captions, scripts, hooks, headlines and post copy in both Arabic and English.
• Capture and edit short‑form videos, reels, stories, interviews and event coverage.
• Support day‑to‑day publishing, maintain content calendars and adapt formats for platform‑specific performance.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments and viral opportunities relevant to the region.
• Analyse performance metrics and apply insights to improve reach, engagement and retention.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, videographers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with on‑ground filming during events and minor translation/localisation tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital publishing.
• Strong writing and copy‑writing skills for social and editorial formats.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour and content formats.
• Basic filming and mobile content capture abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
