About the role
We are looking for a Digital ID Support Engineer to join our team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality application support for identity‑related solutions, ensuring reliable operation and security compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑depth application support and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Support validation, integration, and deployment of enterprise identity solutions.
- Perform PKI operations and manage certificate lifecycles.
- Collaborate on user acceptance testing, defect tracking and production releases.
- Maintain production systems according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Contribute to system optimisation, performance tuning and security compliance.
- Work with cross‑functional teams on deployments, migrations and releases.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in Application or Production Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, Kubernetes) are advantageous.
Required skills
- PKI and IAM technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Windows and Red Hat Linux environments.
- Cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, micro‑services.
- Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki.
- SQL databases and log analysis.
- ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Development exposure in Java or .NET.
