Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to lead paid media initiatives across Qatar Living’s ecosystem. The role combines deep analytical expertise with hands‑on campaign management to boost traffic, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) and improve Quality Score, Ad Relevance and other performance metrics.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite; report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for creatives, copy, targeting and landing pages.
• Apply behavioural‑psychology principles to audience segmentation, funnel optimisation and conversion‑rate improvement.
• Develop retargeting and look‑alike strategies to grow marketplace verticals (Jobs, Properties, Vehicles, Deals).
• Collaborate with sales, product and technology teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimise landing pages for higher organic visibility and conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital growth roles.
• Proven track record of managing advertising budgets with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of digital ad auction systems, optimisation mechanics and marketplace environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
