Digital Office Manager

About the role

The Digital Office Manager will lead QAFCO’s digital transformation, turning strategic ideas into practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with business leaders to identify emerging technologies and integrate them across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and execute the digital strategy, identifying innovative solutions that support business goals.
• Define and maintain the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with QAFCO’s vision.
• Identify digital business opportunities across the value chain and develop use‑case pipelines.
• Create and manage an integrated digital budget, tracking ROI and value realization.
• Build a Center of Excellence to develop digital expertise and best practices.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital projects, from design and prototyping to rollout.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local and global innovation ecosystems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital initiatives in a complex, industrial environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technology trends into business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and manage budgets.
