Digital Solutions Specialist

About the role

DOC Medical Center is looking for a versatile Digital Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and maintain software applications, mobile apps, websites, and graphic assets that support clinical, operational, and marketing goals. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, user‑friendly digital experiences while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications and digital solutions.
• Manage, update, and troubleshoot iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Create, update, and secure the organization’s websites and digital platforms.
• Produce high‑quality graphics for digital and print marketing materials.
• Integrate applications with internal systems and third‑party services.
• Provide technical support and end‑user assistance.
• Document technical specifications and design assets.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, mobile app development, web design, and graphic design.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with iOS and Android development platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive web development.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
