Digital Transformation Lead

About the role

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive its technology roadmap. You will assess current infrastructure, identify digital opportunities, and guide the company toward a more agile, innovative future.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing technology infrastructure and business processes to identify digital enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct detailed requirements and gap analyses to define essential digital advancements.
• Develop and oversee strategic roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage the introduction and integration of new technologies into company operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full digital project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed digital strategies across the organization.
• Consider technical, cultural, organizational, and financial aspects to foster an adaptive environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in digital transformation or related IT roles.
• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Technology Management (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical capabilities, especially in financial analysis and feasibility studies (desired).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks.
• Innovative problem‑solving ability and proven track record managing complex digital projects.
