Director of Finance

About the role

As the Director of Finance for a Hilton hotel, you will lead all financial operations, ensuring the property runs profitably while delivering the warm hospitality experience guests expect. You will act as the primary financial advisor to hotel leadership, shaping strategy and safeguarding assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights to hotel management, ownership, and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls.
• Oversee accurate, timely financial reporting and improve reporting systems.
• Authorize and monitor all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing finance team.
