Director of Finance – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead all financial functions for a premier luxury hotel, ensuring the financial health of the property while supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s financial strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and ownership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls.
• Manage the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.
• Authorize and monitor all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll and expenses.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner.
• Commitment to integrity, teamwork and ownership.
