District Representative III – Technical Sales

About the role
Join Nalco Water’s industry‑leading sales team as a District Representative III. You will drive revenue and profit growth by delivering consultative, system‑assurance programs to existing and prospective customers in your territory.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets in partnership with the District Manager and senior sales staff.
- Develop and execute sales plans, obtain new orders, and open new accounts.
- Conduct daily customer calls, visit facilities, and recommend product or process adjustments.
- Analyze customer needs and strategic plans to propose appropriate Nalco programs.
- Maintain regular activity reports and communicate market insights to management.
- Provide technical service, including dosage and flow‑rate recommendations, and report issues promptly.
- Build new applications for existing products and create account‑specific sales plans.
- Apply Six Service Standards and support Nalco’s Quality Improvement Process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in technical or field sales support.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
- Completion of the Nalco Sales Training Program and demonstrated potential for a career as a Nalco representative.
