Early Careers Field Operations Engineer (Graduate)

About the role

Join a leading energy‑technology company as part of its Early Careers Field Operations program. You will gain hands‑on experience on‑site, supporting engineers and specialists while learning the full well development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field operations, operate equipment and be accountable for wellsite performance after training.
• Manage field activities such as engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
• Support engineers and specialists with risk analysis, data acquisition and well construction processes.
• Lead a crew or specific processes within the first year of the program.
• Prepare wellsite reports, post‑job debriefings and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong logical problem‑solving ability and quick learning aptitude.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
