E‑Commerce Shopify CRM AI Integration & Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Specialist to manage our Shopify store, CRM data and inventory flow while leveraging AI tools to optimise product content and workflows. The role supports the daily operations of our luxury modest‑fashion brand and ensures seamless coordination between online and physical stock.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and update products on Shopify with accurate details, images and pricing.
• Maintain consistency of product presentation, collections, banners and campaign pages.
• Ensure Shopify stock matches physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Digital Media Specialist for visual assets.
• Manage customer data from POS, Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram and campaigns, and create segmented lists for marketing.
• Support WhatsApp, email, SMS and Klaviyo campaigns with accurate customer lists.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to generate product descriptions, SEO titles, tags and collection copy.
• Research and recommend Shopify apps, CRM tools and automation solutions.
• Assist the Retail Manager and Junior Accountant with monthly stock reconciliation.

Required profile

• Highly organised, reliable and responsible with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of product and customer data.
• Ability to work collaboratively across digital media, retail and finance teams.
• Proactive in identifying and fixing data inconsistencies.
