Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Electrical Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting the team, and contributing to departmental improvement efforts to enhance performance. The role also involves reporting equipment faults to engineers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned preventive maintenance (PPM) correctly and on time.
• Carry out corrective tasks promptly and ensure high‑quality work.
• Assist subcontractors with their assigned work.
• Report defects, breakdowns, and damages to the Fault Reporting Center or relevant engineers.
• Follow duty roster and report spare‑part requirements.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and adhere to company standards, health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS.
• Problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
