About the role
The Electrical Supervisor will support the Superintendent in delivering high‑quality electrical services across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contract, design, schedule and budget requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent by identifying key success factors, procurement timing and work breakdown structures.
- Provide leadership to establish organizational structures and processes for executing electrical services.
- Evaluate electrical service execution for compliance, schedule, cost and quality, and advise the project team on status and risks.
- Own the electrical craft schedule, develop short‑term look‑ahead plans for foremen, and align with the overall execution plan.
- Review and monitor installation cost and man‑hour budgets, and develop equipment and tool requirement plans.
Required profile
- Certified Professional Engineer (preferred qualification).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractor performance and control construction costs.
