Electrician – Hotel Maintenance (Doha)

About the role

You will join the engineering team at MGallery Hotel in Doha, ensuring the property remains safe, comfortable and fully operational for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and repair throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, equipment, lighting and appliances.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to keep systems safe and efficient.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel procedures, safety standards and local regulations.
• Inspect equipment, report faults and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with engineering colleagues and other hotel departments to minimise disruption.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Support emergency response and other engineering requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel, resort or commercial environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
