About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an Electricity Trainer in Doha, Qatar. The role covers planning, delivering and certifying electrical training programmes, and is offered on a 3-year contract.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver training programmes
- Lead, coach, assess and certify trainees
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses and delivery methods
- Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems (Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS)
- Promote and enforce health, safety and regulatory compliance
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in medium voltage or high voltage
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, ideally 1 year in training and development
- Training methodology certification (Train of The Trainer)
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, both speaking and writing
