ENT Physician – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The position is responsible for delivering comprehensive primary health care to QatarEnergy employees and eligible beneficiaries within QatarEnergy Healthcare facilities. The role focuses on ENT (Otolaryngology) services while supporting emergency and urgent care needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary and specialist ENT medical care to employees and beneficiaries.
• Conduct effective clinical consultations and manage urgent care cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records using computerized systems.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within governmental or semi‑governmental health institutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant medical experience, including at least 5 years at a specialist level.
• 2–3 years experience in governmental or semi‑governmental hospitals or institutions offering postgraduate training (preferred).
• Clinical experience in emergency/urgent care settings (preferred).
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Specialist qualification in Otolaryngology‑ENT.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerized medical software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (desirable).
