Enterprise Applications Manager (Lead)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the design, development, support and governance of our enterprise‑wide software solutions. You will ensure that applications are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full application lifecycle, including development, implementation, upgrades, patches, releases and end‑of‑life planning.
• Design, implement and support workflow automation and document management solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Oversee vendors, system integrators and technology partners, enforcing SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Lead incident, problem, change and release management activities.
• Coordinate integration efforts, APIs, middleware and data exchange across enterprise systems.
• Maintain high availability, performance and reliability of all applications.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and enforce security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise application development, implementation or management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale business applications in medium to large organisations.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., government, financial services, healthcare) is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, Agile or relevant Microsoft/Oracle/cloud certifications is desirable.
