Environmental Analyst – Compliance & Monitoring

About the role

The Environmental Analyst will coordinate environmental management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across assigned facilities. You will support technical environmental issues for projects and plant improvement initiatives, acting as the primary environmental focal point.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental assessment, protection, reporting, and management programs to maintain compliance.
• Design and support monitoring programs for emissions and discharges in collaboration with Operations.
• Prepare applications and submissions to government regulatory authorities.
• Inspect on‑site operations and construction activities to verify adherence to environmental standards.
• Collect, review, and report data on emissions, discharges, chemical use, and waste management for onshore and offshore facilities.
• Coordinate waste control programs, providing input for hazardous and non‑hazardous waste handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in environmental management within a world‑class organization.
• Demonstrated technical competence according to the company’s competency matrix.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of environmental specializations, with expert expertise in at least one media (air, water, or soil).
