About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team in Doha. You will play a key role in delivering MirMir’s premium photo‑booth experience at a variety of events, ensuring every guest leaves with memorable images.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and dismantle the photo‑booth equipment at client events.
- Manage the photo‑booth software to capture and print images smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through the photo‑booth process.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during and after events.
- Assist with event schedules and timelines to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when engaging with guests.
- Outstanding organisational talent to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of photography concepts such as lighting and colour grading.
- Team‑player attitude with flexibility to adapt to dynamic event environments.
- Effective time‑management and problem‑solving skills during live events.
- Professional demeanor and proactive approach.
