Event Management & PR Campaigns Expert

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is looking for a dynamic Event Management & PR Campaigns Expert to lead high‑profile events and strategic public‑relations initiatives. You will work within the Marketing and Communication department to boost brand visibility and stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and international platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute events ranging from small gatherings to large conferences, managing all logistics such as venues, catering, accommodation, transport and protocol.
• Coordinate guest invitations, RSVPs, VIP arrangements and registration processes.
• Provide on‑site management for events, press conferences, exhibitions and forums, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare event materials including signage, programs, name tags and gift items.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with timelines and conduct post‑event evaluations with feedback analysis.
• Manage event budgets and resources to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Assist in designing and rolling out integrated PR campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
• Support stakeholder relationship building and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, banners and promotional content.
• Handle documentation and procurement for events and PR campaigns, including contracts and financial records, and prepare periodic activity reports.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of proven experience in event management and PR campaigns.
• Track record of organizing high‑level events, conferences and public forums.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of event logistics, venue coordination and protocol.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and tight schedules.
• Independent and collaborative work style with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both oral and written.
