Event Service Expert – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Event Service Expert will create memorable, high‑quality experiences for guests attending banquets, weddings and other events at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. You will work closely with the events team to ensure flawless service delivery in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of guest events, from setup to breakdown.
• Supervise banquet service staff, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, sales and facilities teams to meet event specifications.
• Manage inventory of service equipment, linens and supplies.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in event or banquet service within a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
