About the role
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at Hyatt Regency Doha. The role focuses on creating sophisticated menus that blend modern interpretations of regional classics with original chef‑inspired creations, delivering an uncommon dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Elevate product quality through exquisite taste, design and craftsmanship across all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
- Achieve and exceed objectives for outlet concepts, menu development, profitability, guest satisfaction and team engagement.
Required profile
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine caring approach toward guests and colleagues.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to diverse cultures and environments.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and ambition to lead by example.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
